I discovered my first alopecia patch in May 2016. It appeared on my nape. Still confused, I decided to do a big chop. Well, that didn't help.
Five years later I am still losing and gaining patches of my pretty little curls. I've never opted for injections (kind of scared). But I have built a collection of hair and body care products to help manage the stress of this annoying disease.
As I continue to research and battle alopecia I found that talking to someone who can relate has helped make me feel normal again. I would like to share my experience with all who can relate or want to learn more.
I am bald and beautiful.
My name is Kibibi. I am astute with alopecia.
