Just your average guy sort of. I'm athletic, 6'3" , and 175lbs. I work full time and have a family. I do the average to stay fit and healthy but lets face it, that shit can be hard lol. I'm new to this and just wanted to try something different and hopefully, Exciting!! Will be posting content a few times a week to start with until I get this worked into my schedule.
