I am a 29 year old woman from Sweden and I have had many struggles with menthal health in my days. I got ADHD and Aspergers and I know how hard it can be to get through the day. I also have struggles with depressions from time to time, before I learned how to use tools to survive everything felt hopeless to me.
Today I live a normal life because of the tools I learned to use and I want to help others feel better about themselves.
I want to offer my help to people who would like to be able to get through the day without feeling like it's the end of the world.
