I was gaining pretty hardcore when I first started in Dec 2020, going from 258 > 287 in the first month and a half... had to take a break for a while and lost most of those gains, but i've got a lot of bulking powder and fun stuff for photos lying around, so i might sprinkle in some soda bloating / air / water inflation content if i'm feeling adventurous~
