This profile was created to help me work on my body confidence.
Brief history: I used to go to the gym every other day, until I became a full time carer for a family member, due to stress and depression I went from 13st to 9st, which is an unhealthy weight for someone who is 6'2 (according to my doctor), I've always seen myself as too skinny and dislike the way I've looked for a while and now going to change that, I plan on testing workout routines and eating plans and show body results.
