Growing up in Colombia, football was a huge part of my life and my goal was always to be the best and play professionally. When I was just 17 I made this dream a reality when I signed my first contract with Academia F.C. Playing at an elite level allowed me to have a deep understanding of nutrition, sports psychology as well as strength and conditioning.
