Being raised by a single mother and the eldest daughter of four siblings, I did the cooking in my home. I later took Health and Nutrition classes at Lake Merritt College, raised three sons and chose a career as a Daycare Provider of eight and Foster Mother of six. This led me to create different dishes packed with fruits and veggies for my kiddos!
