Older gym guy!! yeah am 46 closer to 50 than 40 depressing 😕 I know!!!.
Pushing for a 300kg squat before I'm 50, knackered knees don't help 😅. I see so many people just not squatting to there full potential with a few small changes the numbers can easily go up in both weight and reps, Bonus point you get a nice peach out of it as well.
Also looking at doing some more pole/calisthenics the flags just a great thing to do.
Decided at the ripe old age of 46 to do a masters bodybuilding contest
