I will start out by saying it has been my experience, we all need someone else to discuss our situations within a private and safe space. You always come across those judgemental people who have no understanding of our own perspectives and life experiences. Their judgments stemming from their own experiences without a grasp of people having different lives with completely different upbringings.
I have been through all aspects of life's challenges and would love to help you freely discuss yours. I want you to feel like talk therapy is a joint venture where our knowledge and skills are combined to create solutions.
I want you to feel the freedom to talk without the worry of your immediate circle telling someone else or the judgment that might come from that circle. This will include authenticity, trust, and empathy with the hopes to enable a positive outcome or releasing the tensions of the day.
